GPC - Gel Permeation Chromatography


Reprogel PS GPC columns are packed with Polystyrol/Divinylbenzene Copolymer packings
with 3, 5 or 10 µm particles.
Typical theoretical plate numbers/m are :
for 3 µm: 110 000/m, for 5 µm: 70 000/m and for 10 µm: 50 000/m.
The particles are totally spherical and pressure stable up to 160 bars.
Column dimensions are: 300 x 8 resp. 600 x 8 mm and 50 x 8 mm for guards.
The optimal flow rate is 1 ml/min.
